Re: Provincetown, Massachusetts

Surprised they went with artists over housing for this but that seems typical decision-making in town. The property has been vacant for five years; let's hope their plans to be up and running this year come to fruition.

The latest drama at the luxury condo development at 350 Bradford Street:

ZBA upholds stop-work order at 350 Bradford

"Building Commissioner and Zoning Enforcement Officer Annie Howard issued the stop-work order in July after a survey conducted by Ryder and Wilcox of Orleans determined the building containing units 9 and 10 exceeded the zoning bylaw’s height limit by 6.2 feet."

Re: Provincetown, Massachusetts

Bay State Cruise Line has extended its season through Thanksgiving weekend. You can take a fast ferry to/from Boston to/from Provincetown on Friday evenings or Sunday afternoons. $59 one way / $88 round trip

Unfortunately, Thanksgiving weekend they are only doing the regular Friday & Sunday trips so you can't go down Wednesday night to enjoy the entire weekend.
