Archboston infected?

Three times in the past week while visiting Archboston i pdf named "Notes1.pdf" has downloaded onto my computer and opened it self up. It contains 4 pages with strings of hex.

I googled it and found this info:

Re: Archboston infected?

Yeah, I already had my computer infected with a Trojan, had to waste hours restoring it. My activities on AB will have to be severely curtailed if this continues.

Noscript is detecting a script from roundgain.ru attempting to run on all posts on the site.

Re: Archboston infected?

This is the first I heard of this. I'll see what I can do. Any more information about this?

Re: Archboston infected?

There was a malicious script uploaded to the site. I'm pretty sure it's been removed. Is anyone still having problems? I'm not sure what it was attempting to do, or if it was successful.

M80, can you tell me any more about it? Where was it uploading the PFD to?

Re: Archboston infected?

Glad it was taken care of. Is that why the site was down briefly a couple hours ago?

There's also another thread on this in General with more info from others.

I've been coming here frequently, on a Mac running Safari, and not seen anything amiss at all.
