On the right there is a check box, check it, then scroll down to the bottom to "Selected Messages:" and select "Delete Message" from the list, hit Go.

Just make sure you don't check the box that selects EVERY message.

It was posted a year ago. Are you sure you didn't post it after dipping into Old Uncle's special stash and just forgot? If someone hijacked your account, this is something I have to figure out because it's a risk to the whole site.
