I wish I had thought to add the Old State House. And, Old City Hall. Maybe not "iconic" but good choices?

This is why prewar buildings should not have been allowed. The current selection is too arbitrary.

It looks like the front runners are all post-war buildings anyway. I thought it best to let it be without limitations because I feel that there are a lot of unsung prewar buildings out there that deserve to be recognized.

I do see your point, though, CZ. I'm thinking that maybe next year we'll have the nominations chosen by committee.
