Project Proponent: The Druker Company, Ltd
Project Description: The proposed project will consist
of a nine (9) story office building with first floor retail with
a height of approximately one hundred and twenty (120) feet
containing a total of approximately 221,000 square feet to
be served by approximately one hundred and fifty (150)
sub-surface parking spaces.
