yes, suburbanites should be taxed with their share of poor people, to put it in his terms. heh.
how should suburbanites be taxed more in terms of their consumption? i guess gasoline taxes are not enough - what else does he have in mind? costlier parking? emmissions taxes? what new papers does he have out these days?
