As shame they didn't post the materials in advance. I hope the long-term improvements include a flyover ramp from I-90 WB to Birmingham Parkway.

Pretty cheap to do, and really helpful for traffic in the Circle of Death.

The lack of entry and exit points on the pike really creates a nightmare on almost every exit. The Allston Cambridge one is especially bad, and I don't believe the new design will do much to alleviate it.

Arrowstreet has renderings of the interior of 61 N Beacon. They also have some plans that indicate a possible future for the existing dealership site.

I know it's been said before, but the BRA needs to blow up that whole area--everything north of the Pike--and start over.
