Ah, so they're the ones responsible for all these huge overhanging cornices. I searched Google to no avail, but were they also responsible for the renovations of 101 Huntington a couple years ago? I see Elkus Manfredi did the Colonnade Residences across the street, which applies the same motif too...

Yes, the huge overhanging cornice with long upper windows that get smaller as you move downward have become trademarks of the later Kallmann-McKinnell stuff. I wish I still had the text from my original post as I talked about that a bit.
