Paul -- the video is very impressive -- there is no doubt that the HUB is on a roll

Note that the video didn't bother to include anything in Cambridge or Assembly Sq.in Sommerville where multiple millions of sq. ft. are under construction

That dude has some interesting videos. Particularly the ones on the lack of transit parity. Some good telling stats and interviews in those. Kind of go hand in hand with many things people on here have to say.

yeah it's still nothing compared to the late 80's, then it was a crane on almost every corner!

Bos --some of that has to do with the newly accelerated way of building -- same crane can do two buildings in the time it used to take to do one -- hence fewer cranes needed

see the nearby comment that the crane which had been in East Cambridge has moved on to work next to North Station
