Mod (?) I think we can put this one in the completed column.

Not sure who is having more fun. The kids or the parents.

The one fail is that it has no toilets. I guess the little ones don't pee anymore. For all the money they spent they should have at least a porta potty or two.

That's a good point. I think porta-potties would be pretty ugly, but maybe they could've put one in/under the storage and parking area. Does the Children's Museum next door have public bathrooms?

Odd, I thought the under area had bathrooms, but nope, just 5 employee parking spaces. I think there is a toilet but just for them.

Sweet looking park for a sweet kid who was forced into the ultimate sacrifice. Hope the story is told along with the tribute.

Re: Martin's Park | Children's Wharf | Fort Point

Let's be honest here, a sacrifice suggests a choice was made. This sweet kid, eight year old Martin, never made a choice, he was murdered in cold blood, along with two others, both young women. That's the story that should be told along with the tribute. I stand in awe of his parents who took a tragic, senseless death, and through their love of their son, built something positive, loving, and welcoming which was a reflection of their young son's short life.

This is also the first phase of the coming (higher) sea barrier for the seaport according to Marry Walsh. 2 birds with one stone.
