Why not? Fenway is lined with similar entertainment and that area seem to be very active at night. I think it could work. It could probably work better in Fenway but i don't necessarily see this building as a bad location either.

Boston is America's college town and has a relatively minimal nightlife beyond binge drinking on Mission Hill and in Allston/Brighton. Why not draw them to destinations downtown to blow all of mommy and daddy's money? It serves all demographics as well because the restaurant has delicious food and is completely separated from the games.
