I feel the same way. It is so rare new development pulls them off creditably. Every now and then someone gets it right but not near enough!

I didn't realize this project would have multiple phases. According to the rendering a new addition was to be built in place of the slanted roofed garage. Did I miss something or just dreaming?







As a side note the building next door is getting a bit of facelift/redo. There goes the neighborhood .
