Boston City Hall's Chinese Cousin

Apparently Boston City Hall has a long legged cousin in Shanghai. Perhaps we should paint city hall red, white, and blue in response?

To be fair that is more reminiscent of east Asian temples than it is of Boston City Hall.

It bears the strongest resemblance to the Geisel Library at UCSD.
