In the 3rd set of pics, what's the huge chunk of mostly empty industrial waterside land almost under what I think is the Tobin Bridge. What is it used for now?

Winter salt storage and new car imports (Subaru etc,).

Thanks BeeLine. That land is another Seaport or Kendall Square or Monsanto in Everett just waiting to happen, not in the immediate future, but land like that so close to the city is just too valuable for that particular use.
