Boston Safe Deposit and Trust Company
Formerly the Boston Stock Exchange as well.
There is a bank now on the first floor. Not sure what else is in the building. Prolly empty like most of the financial district : /

I doubt most of the financial district is empty. In fact, I know so. You only need to see the number of people streaming out of office buildings to realize that statement is false.

Most would mean in this case the majority of the offices (since the status can only be vacant or not) in the Financial District is empty, implying that the vacancy rate is over 50%. The article states that it's only around 14%, thus, it isn't "Most".

That is breaking news. I always assumed it was short for "Tam O Shanter" the famous poem (and protagonist in the poem) by Robert Burns.
