DeNormandie Wharf, East Boston

Good news:

Unions will take less pay to jumpstart stalled East Boston project

Thomas Grillo
Real Estate Editor- Boston Business Journal

Philip DeNormandie, founder of DeNormandie Cos., has been hammering out a deal with the trade unions on DeNormandie Wharf on Sumner Street that will include a five-story woodframe building with 97 apartments, ranging in size from 800 to 1,200 square feet. The project has been downsized after years of delay.
