Why is the Colts Stadium at an angle? Some architect is trying to be all cool. Lame.

The Dallas stadium is  , badass is the word(s) I would use.

Could it have to do with the sun? I know such considerations are important in baseball parks.

Maybe but it also looks like it has a roof that may be retractable.

I've been keeping my eye on the Dallas stadium for some time now. It can fit the entire Statue of Liberty, with base, standing upright on the field with the roof closed. And the Indy stadium sucks huge balls.

Oh, and the Chargers want to build a new stadium/lifestyle center, but are having trouble with NIMBYs and the SD BRA type thing. And money. Probs b/c everyone is mad at them b/c they didn't even get to the conference game.

I have many, many more pictures of your mentioned stadiums and other teams plans, but I can't get them onto my post. Photobucketed here:

Part Two: San Francisco (which is no more, but here's their preliminary model anyways) and more Cowboys.
