Assembly vs Seaport

These are two of the largest new developments in the Boston area. Assembly is a centrally planned new urban neighborhood while the Seaport is a booming area with multiple developers. Which do you prefer?

Re: Assembly vs Seaport

Going based on what I anticipate full build-out will look like in each, I think the Seaport will be vastly more interesting as a destination. As an employment place? I would HATE commuting to the Seaport. As a place to live, taking into account affordability? Assembly, probably.

Re: Assembly vs Seaport

Assembly has no labs, or innovative companies, but I wouldn't chose Seaport either. Both are a little too sterile for me.

That could change though. Look at 5 Middlesex (if that ever gets built).

No it's not, he literally put "archboston" into the search so that google would more than likely return archboston posts first. If you really want to up your google game instead of putting archboston alone into the search results you can use 'site:archboston.org' and it will only return links from archboston.org.

Example - '5 middlesex site:archboston.org' or Link
