Not my cup of tea, but I'm on board with Liberty Wharf nominations. Maybe a win here would give a boost to outside-the-box thinking on other Massport parcels.

I think the Sloan School opened late 2010.

Other than that I can't think of anything that hasn't already been mentioned above.
