Ron, I'm getting the polls up and moving things around a little. The rest of the categories should be up--and the nominations threads back--by the end of the day.

Do we not have a completed photo of the Korean church?

Wow I didn't realize there was such much hate for One Marina Park Drive. I actually don't think it's that bad. The ground level interaction is pretty good. Sure the materials leave a lot to be desired, but overall I think it will fit in well.

They all have good street interaction, but the Clarendon looks the worst.

Sorry, ground level interaction with what? It has nothing at ground level, and abuts nothing at ground level. From a design perspective its ground level design doesn't mesh with the rest of the building either. I think this thing is a massive fail in just about any way I can think of. I'd rather have another Filene's hole that this oinking fat pig of a building.

The hole can be remedied. One Marina Park Drive will be around for decades (at least). For me, it loses on the "hope" question.

I wonder if the Clarendon would look better if Frank Gehry redesigned the exterior, similar to his original design of Beekman Tower, before he slightly revised it. Here's an image:
