Art Deco is more than a silhouette. It's materials and details. This is a shape without craft, little more than a rehash of the BofA tower at Bryant Park with a stovepipe hat. The asymmetry is a nod to the "playfulness" of Gehry, like old Frank was putting his stamp on the ESB. And then, it's nowhere near as imaginative as Gehry...

It'll look dated before it's finished.
