    Areas for a nice stroll

Plymouth harbor and downtown are both great. Newport cliffwalk and the downtown area are really solid. Both Newport and Plymouth also have a great restaurant/bars also.

Copley Square Revamp | Back Bay

Couldn't agree more. This project is a complete waste. This money could've gone to soo many better uses.

MXD Residential Tower | 121 Broadway | Kendall Square

Interesting excerpt from the article: "121 Broadway’s distinction could be short-lived as MIT moves ahead with redevelopment of its nearby Volpe Center redevelopment. The master plan includes one residential building approved for a 456-foot height." Never realized that there was another...

Winthrop Center | 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District

I was at Bow market on Sunday afternoon. It was still pretty dead for a relatively nice day at 2pm.

    11-21 Bromfield Street | DTX | Downtown

I still don't understand why the city or state would turn down private development money to help mitigate flooding issues especially the aquarium. The proposals for the towers had a lot of money earmarked for flood mitigation efforts.

    11-21 Bromfield Street | DTX | Downtown

I thought the issue with the aquarium tower was due to the state environmental review process VS the mayor.

    General Boston Discussion

Would really like to see Boston approach 1 million. Would result in increased ridership on the T, more taxes from the additional residential and it would help the pockets of the city that sometimes feel like ghost towns.

Shreve, Crump & Low Redevelopment | 334-364 Boylston Street | Back Bay

Exactly. My comment wasn't a shot at Bain or any other company but like SM89 said, it's about publicly accessible space particularly rooftop access. It's something NYC does extremely well but Boston does soo poorly.

Unfortunately that terrace will never be publicly accessible. Just a perk for Bain & Co employees.

    780 Morrissey blvd | Dorchester

Much needed housing along Morrissey. Unfortunately, I would not wanna open my windows if I lived there and inhaled all of those fine particulates being given off from the cars on 93. Regardless, I hope the build more housing and that eventually leads to a T Stop.

    Cambridge Crossing (NorthPoint) | East Cambridge/Charlestown | Cambridge/Boston

Can't wait until the Mystic power plant and the gas tanks in Everett are redeveloped and gone. Such an eye sore.

Medford, MA Infill and Small Developments

Nice to see that stretch of Mystic ave getting some good retail. I always felt this whole stretch is underdeveloped & underutilized. Feel like this whole street is ripe for housing development as well.
