Re: One Project, Only One

Honestly this. Nothing else has the capacity to change how the region gets around and where people choose to live based on their commute. There are many other smaller projects that would improve the...

Re: Six West Broadway Hotel |South Boston

It's strange. I like various parts of this building but as a whole I'm not sure it really works. It isn't bad and far better than most things going up these days. But it leaves me unsatisfied. I feel...

Re: City Hall - Redevelopment - Preservation - Relocation

Re: The Boulevard (née The Times/Littlest Bar) | 110 Broad St | Downtown

Is it nice, sure. Does it look like the base of a tower that was never built, totally.

Re: What was Boston like in the [recent] past?

The thing you gotta understand is that the Great Depression hit Boston in the 1920s and lasted until the early 1960s. It was in the 1920s when the Irish finally took hold of power in the city and the...

Re: General Infrastructure

This is a great idea. This will sure to be filled at lunch time but hopefully will encourage people to use the space on off hours. These have been very successful in NYC.

Re: NYC Architecture and Development

When I was out in Chicago last I rode on the 606 or Bloomingdale Trail. The JC Embankment would be an awesome path like that.
