Re: Future Skylines/Developments of the US

Re: Motor Mart Tower | 201 Stuart Str. | Park Sq | Boston

I think I'm warming up to this. At least these architects are trying to jive with the old building.

Re: Crossroads at Kenmore | 560 Commonwealth Ave | Kenmore Square

Without knowing too many other details, just based on what I've seen here, I have to say that this is a fantastic proposal. The developer now needs to get BU and the Red Sox behind them, otherwise...

Re: Hotel Boston Redevelopment | 40 Mount Hood Road | Brighton

This looks good. It's the type of density Boston needs more of. I just hope the materials work out.

Re: Repurposed projects

While that certainly looks beautiful I question how pleasant it will be to have trains wiz by ever couple minutes as you are trying to talk.

Re: Microsoft's $500 million affordable housing fund

Re: 45 Townsend Street | Roxbury

One of the reasons I loath reading this forum anymore is the feelings which come through are that any new building should be the most beautiful 1000' skyscraper in the world or its shit. Frankly a...
