Re: Four Seasons Tower @ CSC | 1 Dalton Street | Back Bay

Great pictures, but they constantly make me say "Damn you, Simon".

Re: The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

I'm not sure what is wrong with me, because I really like this now.

Re: 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District

Great, I was thinking they would end up with that one.

Re: What's Happening With Project X?

Well this came out of left field. But I have to believe that the owners of 1 Boston Place would put up quite a fight.

Re: 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District

Agreed. I am much happier that this actually look really good. The height is secondary at best.

I really like how this is going to look.

I am sorry being both naive and lazy, but how does the MBTA hold this up again?

Actually, this rendering looks pretty slick.

Re: The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

I gotta say that after spending the week in NY and staying near the Hudson Yards project, the Garden development looks a lot better to me now. The scale of the Hudson Yards project is highly...

Re: The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

I actually really like Options 4/4B. Put a spire on it, and build it.

Re: The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

Nice, I see that my oppose comment made it. I actually made the effort to be "respectful". Now that I see what the majority of commenters tend to be, I won't spend so much time the next time around.

Re: Parcel 9 - The Greenway

This does conform well to the adjacent Blackstone block.

Re: 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District

I'm not just saying this out of relief... This is stunning. I have never seen anything like this. There are now so many distinct features of this building, and they are all cohesive. This is iconic.

Re: What's Happening With Project X?

Where in the article does it say that? Because I saw this...

"Hancock, which traces its founding to 1862, has also received the city’s approval to build a 26-story tower on Stuart Street near its...

Re: The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

Give me the previous version or give me death. Seriously, BP... At least bring back the good aspects of the previous version like Millenium did with 115 Winth.

Re: One Post Office Square Makeover and Expansion

I'm loving the discussion here. I have always loved 1 Boston Place. It is so unique, yet also reminds me the Hancock Center in Chicago as DZ mentioned.

I really appreciate everyone saying nice...

Re: MassDOT Pike Parcels 12 - 15 | Boylston St. and Mass. Ave | Back Bay

The shorter version is much better than the previous version in my opinion.

Re: Canvas - Mixed Use Tower (old Felt location) | 533 Washington St | Downtown Cross

Can you specify where you read that 171 Tremont is no longer happening? Is this one in the same?

Re: The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

I just submitted my comments pleading that the BCDC urges BP to go with the previous design. I actually have hope that BP will reconsider.

Re: The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

This thing looked awesome. I really hope they reconsider or get some serious pressure from the BDC and just go with this. Stick, I agree with everything you wrote. All of the angles were solid.
