You can't read anything into mutual accusations of fraud. The first legal filings will include not just fraud but a laundry list of other torts and the kitchen sink for good measure. Half of it...

I lived in Oakland when the Loma Prieta hit in 1989 and a good friend of mine lived in South of Market about four blocks west of the Millenium tower site. Back when South of Market was mostly blue...
