Re: Six West Broadway Hotel |South Boston

Um .. what to say.

This I really think that the quiet organized restraint on this is quite nice. I feel like I know where the "this is ugly" comes from but I would urge to look at this as a...

Re: UMass Boston Residence Hall 1 | Columbia Point | Dorchester

I really do not like the aesthetics here, BUT this is strong design work and well done. I give it a big thumbs up. Good job design/construction/client team.

Re: 150 Kneeland Street | Chinatown

Nice to see a design detail in PNF though.

I dig the folks over there at RODI. They are fighting the fight.

Re: Julie Hall | Brookline Ave | Emanuel College | Fenway

That approach was a disaster with the Harvard dorm tower by Machado Silvetti built on the Charles ... I guess these guys thought that if they could crack the code than the Pritzker would be theirs. ...

Re: Julie Hall | Brookline Ave | Emanuel College | Fenway

Re: Parcel I | Cambridge Crossing | East Cambridge

IF you think about Kendall Square, there needed to be a tipping point of density before the retailers flooded in. Now they compete on price for space there. It will happen in Northpoint as well. ...

Re: Cambridge Discovery Park

Its a mess. Pieced together planning wise. A big disappointment. Its like they tried to use all their planning mojo on northpoint and just shrugged their shoulders over here and said "whelp, I...

Re: West Cambridge (Alewife, Acorn Park, Cambridge Park, Fresh Pond)

I will try to take a picture of the remake of Jefferson Park - State on Ringe Ave in Cambridge. I am super impressed with what I see so far (even though I am not sure i love the 4 over 1'ness of...

Re: Cambridge Crossing | Parcel EF | Office

Worry not.

Buyer beware! That wood is going to look like trash if it is not regularly stained (meaning every other year).
