1% of the sales tax goes to fund the MBTA. Excise tax goes to the towns as you note, but the towns in the MBTA area have town contributions.

I didn’t talk about supertalls or FAA limits. Most housing projects are viewed as too dense or too tall even if they start at 5-6 stories. Density solves housing demand.

And it literally says Yield to Peds. Cyclists are entitled. So why can’t cyclists stay in bike lane vs full traffic lane? Same argument you are making.

So bikes don’t need to ride in the bike lane and can take a full traffic lane but pedestrians should stay out of the bike lanes that they are entitled to be in?

I get rooms that are effectively rented all year are really hotels, but 14 nights can be someone renting their Cape house for 2 weeks. Big difference.
