Re: Diagrams on Skyscraperpage

Where are the original sources for these heights? I'm particularly curious about the 342'. The SSP people don't just take my word for it so I need to provide backup with every request.

Re: Four Seasons Tower @ CSC | 1 Dalton Street | Back Bay

Can you see mine? I also post via flickr. Refer to the top of the previous page for a set.

By the way I see BeeLine's pictures fine, and see them fine on your quote.

Re: Diagrams on Skyscraperpage

I made a few requests and it looks like somebody else made one, so the diagram has improved to the following. Note I also just requested Marriott Moxy to be added.

Re: The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

You can see the crane for the residential tower just to the left of the JFK building.

Re: Kenmore Square North

This building would look really great in Waltham or Burlington, replacing an empty lot. Otherwise, some of you seem to have very low standards for such a visible location that already contains an...

Re: What's Happening With Project X?

This is good news. The building is a hideous piece of crap and mars an otherwise impeccable vista of 1 Dalton. This would be a good location to add more height to Mass Ave. 400'-500' would be...

Re: Julie Hall | Brookline Ave | Emanuel College | Fenway

I actually think this looks really great for a dorm and don't really get all the criticism. The materials, massing, density, and vertical lines all show that some thought and care was put into this...

Re: 40 Trinity Place | 426 Stuart Street | Back Bay

I think it's a fair question to wonder why it will be over 2 1/2 years between approval and breaking ground. I mean, the approval process is already 5 times longer than in pretty much any other...

Re: 40 Trinity Place | 426 Stuart Street | Back Bay

Am I the only person here who is not particularly excited about this, due to the building it will replace? I'd rather see bigger towers get built where they don't have to knock down historic...

Re: The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

^^^Those are good shots. The Garden really masks how tall this is, particularly the hotel portion. The residential will end up being the same size as the original Filenes tower proposal.

Here's his original picture. He posts everything, fully shareable, on flickr. I think Odurandina may have photoshopped in the render of 1 Dalton.

I'm pretty sure 2 of the renders you posted were for Serenity in JP.

Re: Four Seasons Tower @ CSC | 1 Dalton Street | Back Bay

Is this a different issue than, say, sharing a random pic I found on flickr? (keeping the links showing) Is it because Odurandina uploaded it onto his personal photobucket? I share pics from flickr...

Re: Ollie | 217 Albany St | South End

I also have to think that this is almost assuredly taller than 150'. It's probably around 175'. With that said I agree with the sentiment that this whole area should be taller/denser than what...

Re: The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

Residential is apparently 496' (according to Odurandina but I think he's correct).
Office is 510'.
Nashua Street Residences is 449'.

It will be a greater than 10% increase in height for the...
