Re: What's Happening With Project X?

771 Harrison has been undergoing renovations for some time, judging by how long it's taken other church conversions I wouldn't hold my breath.

The bump outs on Boylston st are for the 2 bombing...

Re: 401 Park Drive (formerly Landmark Center) | Fenway

Re: 40 Trinity Place | 426 Stuart Street | Back Bay

Cuz that's what everybody does, duh. Feels like everything north of Atlanta and east of Ohio gets compared to NY, it is obnoxious

Re: Whats left to build on?

Certain people cant stop their brains from going to some left vs right argument for everything. NIMBY obstructionists cross all political spectrums and all they care about is their own selfish...

Re: 401 Park Drive (formerly Landmark Center) | Fenway

Re: Marine Wharf (Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites) | 660 Summer St | Seaport

Yea the government and educational structures always look nicer and more well thought out... its... its almost like pure capitalism is the problem... but, but how could that be?!?!?

Re: The New Retail Thread

Is it really worth your breath? Sam Adams is fine. Fanuiel Hall is never going to be for locals, that's fine. I'll go when I feel like being sadistic or have people in from out of town.

Re: Echelon Seaport | 133-135 Seaport Blvd | Seaport

Nothing groundbreaking but these are quite nice. I enjoy the palette, textures, angles, corners and variations it makes it interesting and refreshing in the seaport. Also I don't think it oversteps

Re: MIT East Campus - Kendall Square Gateway | Cambridge

This thing has an impressive visual impact from the esplanade across the river, its the tallest from the perspective. Cambridge would really look nice with a couple or three moderately tall...

Re: Echelon Seaport | 133-135 Seaport Blvd | Seaport

1.1 million for a 1 bed, that's insane even by Boston standards. The seaport is wild and not necessarily in a good way. I'm a little biased but I'd rather buy a beautiful 1 bed in a brownstone in the...

Re: Four Seasons Tower @ CSC | 1 Dalton Street | Back Bay

I like the shape and proportions of this building but it fails for me in other departments. I think it does a poor job relating to its neighbors, it just doesnt fit in well with the back bay skyline....

Re: The New Retail Thread

A little harsh there Fox, but I agree that place didnt have many redeeming qualities. I'm surprised it was there that long it was very middling.
