Re: The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

Re: The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

Yea I think this is an incredible development that fits the area perfect. Im so glad they didnt make it some sea of glass or precast monolith. It fits seamlessly into the neighborhood, brought the...

Re: Bayside Expo Center Redevelopment | Columbia Point | Dorchester

Re: Fenway Area Redevelopment

Didnt realize this is right next to Fenway center. Looks like its going to be a nice addition to the continuation of the streetwall along with that project. The base is all retail.

Re: Bayside Expo Center Redevelopment

This is what was kicked around for the olympics. Id expect something similar to this density wise but shorter. Im not sure why they would want a little downtown area. The tracks and Morrissey cut it...

Re: General MBTA Discussion Thread

Yup. Let me explain what I was saying... So “technically” it is possible but thats probably not the answer right now. (It or something similar may well be at some point if congestion reaches...

Re: General MBTA Discussion Thread

What are some reasonable options that we have here that could be used to get the ball rolling on some of these bigger projects but not quite as big as nsrl for example?

Also the glx, silver line...

Re: General MBTA Discussion Thread

So in other words, it is in fact, possible.

Thats really all Im getting at. It seems as though its going to take many different things and maybe some clever workarounds to get there in this state....

Re: Amazon HQ2 selected - and not Boston

Thats true. If they didnt make it a hunger games style competition and keep breaking stories about which cities were eliminated from their competition and who was still in the running, who made it to...

Re: General MBTA Discussion Thread

So how do we change the constitution? These are things written by people and can be changed by people. Sometimes things are written that work great at the time but then become outdated and thats why...

Re: Crazy Airport Pitches

It would have been nice if they hadnt built 9/27 and built an extended 15L/33R parallel to 15R/33L but slightly staggered where they begin and end. Theres even a small taxiway that lines up with it...

Re: The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

Re: The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

Re: The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

Yup looks right. Also its only on the hub on causeway side because it can only expand into this new available space because the upper seats literally go up against the outside wall on those 2 sides...

Re: The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

Yea it appears it was a render of the uppermost boxes I explained above because it didnt add up. You can see the ceiling just above meaning its the very top boxes lvl 9 and with new seats in front...

Re: The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

Hmm if you look really close at both it appears that the beams and roof of the stadium is just above that top render, meaning that is the upper boxes that are already there, that hole in the ceiling...

Re: The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

Re: General MBTA Discussion Thread

Re: The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

Any pics or renders? This is the first Ive heard.

Yea... lol.

That can absolutely be a viable solution and so can North Station DMU’s as a stopgap measure because we all know its going to take decades to get multiple new lines expanded. Its not...

Re: The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End
