Re: South Station Tower | South Station | Downtown

Anyone who think odurandina actually cares about affordable housing need to read through his incessantly annoying posts. He doesn't. He hijacks "affordable housing" as a vehicle to push for tall...

Re: Four Seasons Tower @ CSC | 1 Dalton Street | Back Bay

Only if you admit that you were wrong with the roof height which you stated would be taller than the Pru.

Re: The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

Yeah well and then you places like Collin Street (and the extent the whole shopping district) in Melbourne which has a mix of streets with vehicular traffic and pedestrian only sections, and St...

Re: The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

Having traveled to many major English speaking cities around the world, the whole idea that streets needs to close off to vehicular traffic in order for it to be bustling is a total exaggeration....

Re: Allston Yards (Stop and Shop) | 60 Everett St | Allston

I'm not acting like an either/or. What I'm saying is they can put entrances to retail anywhere as long as the one place it should NOT place the loading docks be the one facing the neighborhood. My...

Re: Allston Yards (Stop and Shop) | 60 Everett St | Allston

It's funny how you would refer prioritizing a tiny section of the neighborhood (Braintree Street) while de-prioritizing the adjacent area of the Allston/Brighton neighborhood south of the station,...

Re: Allston Yards (Stop and Shop) | 60 Everett St | Allston

I strongly disagree. Re-orienting it means suburban commuters gets the benefits while local residents gets a big middle finger.

I live in this area. It makes absolutely no sense to re-orient it...

Re: Allston Yards (Stop and Shop) | 60 Everett St | Allston

Yeah because you know, most of the Allston/Brighton neighborhood is on the side opposite the train tracks. That's kind of why it's oriented the way it is today. You can try to put two entrances...

Re: What's Happening With Project X?

Agreed. None of One Dalton's rendering showed an antenna. Granted, MT does have a small antennae on top that was never shown in a rendering so if there is one, it would mostly be small and...

Re: Amazon HQ2 selected - and not Boston

You have a history of making misogynistic posts so don't pretend you're some innocent victim. Honestly you never have anything to contribute to the forum. At times, you're just as bad as Rifleman,...

Re: Amazon HQ2 selected - and not Boston

Coming from a 5 year old misogynist, I don't know if this comments mean much.

Actually I know this comment doesn't mean much.

Re: Crazy Airport Pitches

I mean honestly the only solution in regards to the noise problem is to relocate the airport to some place less dense in Massachusetts. I don't know how that's going to work but ummm yeah, it's going...

Re: New Red and Orange Line Cars

I mean if the trains are bugged, the smart thing to do is to feed it misinformation. They need to start looking at the positives.

Re: General Infrastructure

F-Line, cool it. My initial post was to identify an existing problem with Logan Airport in terms of travel time that many posters on this forum seem to perceive as a positive, specifically lower...

Re: The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

Too bad they didn't just, you know, stack 5 additional floors to meet that square foot requirement and fill the 600 ft limit they are given. Instead, they opted for the laziest attempt at adding...

Re: Amazon HQ2 selected - and not Boston

It will. You have to remember that housing prices isn't only impacted by scarcity, but land value as well. The moment Amazon announces a move to Boston, land value in the entire region will go up,...

Re: General Infrastructure

The screenshot I took doesn't adjust but I did run the map with the timezone adjusted and the travel time was about 5 minutes longer and still shorter in terms of miles per minute.

Part of this I...

Re: Winthrop Center | 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District
