Re: Seaport Square (Formerly McCourt Seaport Parcels)

They waited because of all the road construction, underground utility work and activity on the BLVD over the past few years. Would have been pointless to install these during construction. Who...

Re: Seaport Square (Formerly McCourt Seaport Parcels)

All of the areas in blue in the Design/Industrial park are zoned for maritime/commercial. Massport has been extremely slow with these. Don't expect changes overnight. I've always been a big...

Re: The New Retail Thread

If the Globe's purpose is to stir the pot and create conversation, they've done it, although its a completely misguided article.

Larry J complains about his lease. If he doesn't like it, go to...

Re: The New Retail Thread

La Casa just wasnt quality IMO. Went in one time and got soggy nachos and a sub par $20+ quesadilla.

End of the day, when you owe a landlord $600k, you need to pay or get out. The business...

Re: Amazon HQ2 RFP

This expansion has been talked about in the Seaport since late last year. Its not new news, its just confirming what we already knew. I think it has 0 to do with HQ2 going somewhere else.

How much taller are the shipping containers that will be able to come in? When you watch the plane fly over Conley when a major ship is there, I can't believe the FAA would allow taller ships that...

Re: Logan Flight Additions

How'd you confirm the dates they are expanding service? I didn't see their CEO mentioned specific dates/locations yet? That would be great if true.
