Re: I-90 Interchange Improvement Project & West Station | Allston

So, yes, BU owns every parcel between Malvern and Babcock minus the parking lot at 76 Ashford, but Babcock literally runs up to the tracks! I don't see why the City can't tell BU to quiet down and...

Re: Four Seasons Tower @ CSC | 1 Dalton Street | Back Bay

Love how many new developments snuck into this one. New NU building in the lower right, new Conservatory dorm behind that, and NU's East Village dorm on the left.

Re: 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District

I emailed the Project Manager Mrs. Casey Hines (Casey.A.Hines@Boston.gov) with my concerns about the park earlier today.

Be sure to voice these complaints and ideas to the BPDA! There's another...

Re: 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District

At this point, I think I'm most unhappy with what they're proposing to do to the Winthrop Square park (page 29). Why replace a charming green space that feels like Boston with something that looks...

Re: Quaker Lane + Congress Square | Downtown

Does anyone know how they made this work structurally? Is it essentially a facedectomy? It can't be easy to place 7 new stories on top of a century old building.

Re: Bayside Expo Center Redevelopment

A 10x return in under a decade? On a site that is disconnected from the rest of the city by 93? Are they just banking on a big TOD project?

Re: East Boston Developments

Too "tower in the park" for my liking. Or rather "Row house in the park".

I don't see a good place to include one in this development, but in general I always want projects on large parcels like...

Re: The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

This picture makes it really clear that this development is creating a nice mini canyon effect on Causeway that was previously absent.

Re: Allston-Brighton Developments

These were just posted on Twitter for the "Allston Square" project. I really hope they preserve at least the facade of 334 Cambridge st. The building has always seemed like such a nice gate to this...

Re: Volpe Transportation Center Development | Kendall Sq | Cambridge

You can see in this south facing view that at least one of the green areas that appears to be a park in the aerial is in fact a green roof. If you look closely, that seems to be the case for the...

Re: BU Development Thread

The Law tower addition is great and the theater looks to be shaping up nicely, but the life science center is incredibly imposing on Comm Ave. Something of this scale would've looked far better set...

Re: MassDOT Pike Parcels 12 - 15 | Boylston St. and Mass. Ave | Back Bay
