Re: Portside at Pier One | 29 Marginal Street (Pier 1, Pier 5) | East Boston

Re: North End Piazza on The Greenway | 198 Hanover Street | North End

Forgot about this. I like it a lot. Encircling the greenway with drinks, dinning, retail... is going to be amazing.

Re: Boston (née New Brighton) Landing | New Balance Complex | Brighton

It sux ass how all roads lead towards downtown and hardly any cross the city, but damn it makes for some great sightlines. It means that since they lead to downtown... you can see downtown. I just...

Re: Four Seasons Tower @ CSC | 1 Dalton Street | Back Bay

Re: Encore Boston Harbor Casino | Everett

Never thought about that. Its cool we found our “thing” and it looks good. NYC is the city of spires, Chicago the city with broad shoulders- more though the northern city with too many balconies,...

Re: The Huntington | 252, 258, and 264 Huntington Avenue

Re: The Huntington | 252, 258, and 264 Huntington Avenue

Another thing I see a lot is that building all of these high rises will bring rent down. I dont think thats the case at all tbh and I think its the complete opposite. New york is throwing up like 100...

Re: The Huntington | 252, 258, and 264 Huntington Avenue

Re: The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

I think they serve their purpose fine. You mostly only see the back of the merano which looks fine and then the glass fronts of the merano and victor. Besides that you see ground level of both....

Re: Seaport Square (Formerly McCourt Seaport Parcels)

One thing I really appreciate is the sheer volume of trees being added here. Theyre everywhere. Going to make the neighborhood more ped friendly with shade, pretty to look at, better air, and trees...
