Re: MIT Stephen A. Schwarzman College of Computing

That's incredible.

Ground shaking changes and advances seem to be happening at a quickening pace on both side of the Charles these past several months. I can't remember a brighter period in...

Re: North-South Rail Link

Right on DD - - - keep fighting the good fight. Truth and human progress may lose a few rounds, but always win out in the end. TransitMatters is helping to make it sooner rather than later.

Re: The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

I absolutely love the wide open "gateway". It reminds me of Rowes Wharf which, 30+ years later, remains one of the greatest things to hit Boston. Also Galleria Vittorio Emmanuelle in Milan...

Thank you for the links to this, Tom!!!

This is awesome - - I'm giddy about it - - really wish I was up there to watch this in person.

Re: Garage Nightclub Redevelopment | 20 Linden Street | Allston

Significant upgrade of a great location that has been hitting below its capabilities for many years now.

Cambridge Street should see a huge flowering over the next decade......as long as the...

Re: 10/11/2018: HUGE Development Regarding Boston Area College Dormitories

OK, so the Globe and I are about 4 months late on this news - - - but I hadn't seen anything about this on the forums here. Mods, please delete if this is ground that has already been covered, but...

10/11/2018: HUGE Development Regarding Boston Area College Dormitories

(This popped up on the Globe website a few minutes ago and I didn't know whether to put this in the "Development Forum" or this one - - if I erred, please accept my apologies).

This is massive...

Re: Riverside Station development

Bingo. Expand the existing schools there - - much more efficient budgeting than building new from the ground up.

And Needham Street? Textbook example of bad zoning decisions compounded every few...

Re: Riverside Station development

Failed analogy.

Automobiles/highways weren't part of that equation that differentiated areas then.

Re: Riverside Station development

Re: Riverside Station development

Exactly.

It's freaking Route 128, not Newbury Street, people.

Re: Artists for Humanity | 100 W. 2nd | South Boston

What is the window ratio on this container?

Anyone else struck by the irony of a group calling itself "Artists for Humanity" building a walled-off fortress?

Maybe they are Orwell's MiniTrue.

Re: BU Data Sciences Center | 665 Commonwealth Avenue | BU Central

Re: BU Data Sciences Center | 665 Commonwealth Avenue | Kenmore Square

665 Commonwealth Ave is...
