They could just actually switch the lanes and parking bans though to the proper sides of street depending on the rush hour direction - I swear I have seen it work elsewhere.

Yeah - has happened at other forums to me before, hosting/domain name lapsed and poof - gone forever. Squatter got on one before an wants like 1k+ to buy the domain back, which wasn't happening.

Simply that if the state doesn't want to fund/pay for the park (which, you know, they should just like other parks), then they should had it over to the city to maintain/safeguard it.
