^^key word.... 5 years. The Seaport is rising. But, my God, construction outside of the Seaport continues to move ahead at an abysmal pace.

Thank God i get out for 5 or 6 months in a strech....

or maybe, a seasonal enclosure with the City picking up some of the cost.

That open air setup looks badass save for 4 1/2 cold months (give or take).
