Re: North-South Rail Link

So Seattle can build an 2 mile underground highway for 3 billion dollars (which is over budget btw), yet it costs mass 10 billion to build a shorter rail tunnel. Auto tunnels are usually larger (and...

6x daily to Reagan is aggressive.

The AA shuttle is getting hit hard with competition, with Jetblue bringing down LGA yields and now Delta at Reagan.

Also someone must have tipped UA off that...

Re: Washington Village | Andrew Square | South Boston

Jesus you're a broken record.

Anyway that plan looks the same as what was posted in August.

It's 656 apartments with 21 stories in the tallest building. 21 stories is taller then anything else...

Re: Site in Hub top choice for a soccer stadium

Of the city limits, but Somerville, Cambridge, Medford, cheslea, and others are just as urban as much of Boston. The center of the urban area is downtown.

Re: Blue Line extension to Lynn

Re: The St Regis Residences (former Whiskey Priest site) | 150 Seaport Blvd | Seaport

The state limiting the number of liquor licences in the city definitely hurts the prospect of new "dive bars" opening up.

Re: Omni Hotel @ BCEC | Summer St | Seaport

It's only the Marriott Hotels where they are picketing not Omni Hotels. Omni Hotels is not owned by Marriott. The Ritz-Carlton and the Sheraton are.

Re: Bulfinch Crossing | Congress Street Garage | West End

To be fair the views from I93 north will be blocked by the TD garden towers, and the south by downtown. This tower will be the most visble from the East (harbor) and west (Cambridge/Charles). And...

Re: Site in Hub top choice for a soccer stadium
