The Project consists of two buildings, 132 Brookline Ave and 1325 Boylston Street. 132 Brookline Ave is proposed to be a 17-story, 150 residential unit building with retail on the ground floor. 1325 Boylston is proposed to be 4 stories of retail and with two eight story structures above, one for office and one for residential. Parking will be below grade with parking for up to 575 vehicles.

What is in these buildings places' currently?

Marshall's fenway farmstand (http://www.marshallsfenway.com/hours.htm) and Crossfit fenway (http://www.crossfitfenway.com/). It was a former auto repair shop and these two tenants leased the space short term knowing Samuel's was planning on tearing it down soon. I think the site also encompasses a gas station as well.
