I was in the bookstore today browsing an atlas of world architecture when I came across this Chilean architect's spectacular work. At first he appears a bit like Calatrava, but his work - typically spilling over hillsides or echoing the organic contours of some geological feature - seems to display a far greater sensitivity to local geography. His interiors are no less organically sinuous - an attempt, perhaps, to collapse interior and exterior distinctions.
I'm having trouble finding decent photos, so if any of you can contribute better ones, feel free.
