It might not show up if you use anything other than Internet Explorer. But when I was looking around, what I had to do was go to the menu where you can toggle back and forth between aerials, bird's eye, ect. and now there's a "3D" tab right next to all the old choices, which are now put under the "2D" label. Click the 3D tab and you'll get a little pop up screen going over what to do and the system requirements. From there you can download it.

I'm using Firefox on Linux. Does that make a difference? (When I get home I'll try it on OS X.)

I was going to recommend using the IE Tab extention in Firefox, but Microsoft saw through that trick. Clever fellows.
