| This all looks like City Hall plaza transported to the waterfront. I know we occasionally get into arguments about how much open space is appropriate, but I think we all agree that vast brick covered plazas are generally a mistake. |

Actually, looks more like the end of Long Wharf, to me. Which is only less bad than City Hall Plaza because there's no need for anyone to pass through there.
And we can't say there is no historical precendent for building right up to the water's edge here (not the "4-way culdesac" but the park at the end), because this is the exact location of Anthony's Pier 4. |

| Its not that bad. If they have enought retail it could end up like the "Old Atlantic Ave." area in front of the aquarium. |
